EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION : 

a) For  Engineering Executive (Trainee) : Engineering Graduates in Mechanical/Electrical/ IT/ Civil with minimum 60% marks in aggregate (50% marks for SC/ST candidates) from a Govt. recognized University /Institute


b)For Executive (HR)(Trainee): Master of Business Administration (MBA) (HR)/Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) (HR)/ Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management(PGDBM)(HR) with minimum 60% marks in aggregate(50% marks for SC/ST candidate) from a Govt. recognized University/Institute

c)For Executive Chemistry(Trainee) : M. Sc in Chemistry with minimum 60% marks in aggregate (50% marks for Sc/ST candidates) from a Govt. recognized University /Institute.

d) For Engineer Executive(Experienced) : Engineering Graduates in Mechanical/Electrical/ IT/ Civil with minimum 02 years of experience in the relevant  field.

e) For Executive HR, Experienced : Master of Business Administration (MBA) (HR)/Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) (HR)/ Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management(PGDBM)(HR) with minimum 02 years of experience in the relevant  field.

f) For Executive Chemistry(Experienced) : M. Sc in Chemistry from a recognized  University /Institute with minimum 02 years of experience in the relevant  field.

g) For Executive Accounts(Experienced) :  CA/ICWA with minimum 02 years of experience in relevant field..

SALARY OFFERED:  

a) For  all the trainees : Pay Scale Rs.9300-34,800/- with grade pay Rs.4600/

b) For experienced  : Pay Scale Rs.9300-34,800/- plus grade pay of Rs.5500/

AGE : 

a) For  all the trainees : 35 years for Un-reserved category and see advt for age relaxation to other categories

b) For Experienced: 40 years for Un-reserved category and see advt for age relaxation to other categories


Application Fee : For  all  the posts the application fee for General, EBC and BC candidates shall beRs.750/- (Rupees seven hundred fifty) only and for SC/ST candidates of Jharkhand state Rs.500/-(Rupees five hundred) only. The fee shall be deposited in the form of demand draft drawn in favour of  “ Central Board of Irrigation & Power”, payable at New Delhi or by online system of ICICI & HDFC banks (NEFT/RTGS).

HOW TO APPLY : Interested candidates are advised to apply on line on the website of CBIP at http://www.cbip.org. The web site shall be kept open from 26-12-2011 to 25-01-2012. After filling up the ON- LINE application, candidates have to take print out of the same. Print out of the application along with copies of certificates of Age, Qualifications, Caste, PH, two recent photographs, original receipt of the bank (if paying through online system) and the Demand Draft as specified on website shouldbe sent through registered post/speed post to:
